Two-wheeler enthusiasts were in for a pleasant surprise this week with numerous bike launches. From Suzuki introducing the Gixxer 250 to Royal Enfield launching more affordable versions of the Bullet 350, here’s your weekly dose of two-wheeler news:
Revolt RV 400 Launch Date Confirmed:
India’s first electric motorcycle, the Revolt RV 400, is all set to be launched real soon! After a couple of delays, the Indian startup has now finalised the launch date. We’ll be riding the motorcycle pretty soon, so watch out for updates!
Jawa Delivery Estimator Introduced:
Eager Jawa fans have been plagued with eternal waiting periods ever since its launch back in November 2018. To make things easier for those who’ve booked the bikes, the brand has introduced a new feature in its website called Delivery Estimator. You can now check the delivery status of the standard Jawa or the Jawa Forty Two with just a few clicks of a button! However, like all good things in life, there is a catch.
Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Gets More Affordable Colour Options:
Royal Enfield has launched a range of new colour options for the Bullet 350 and the Bullet 350 ES. They undercut the older colour options by around Rs 9,000. Even better, Royal Enfield has reduced the service intervals of the Classic, Thunderbird and Bullet range!
Suzuki Gixxer 250 Launched:
Suzuki has finally launched the Gixxer 250, which is essentially a naked version of the Gixxer SF 250. Not surprisingly, it comes with the same design language as the recently launched 2019 Gixxer (155cc). Thankfully though, Suzuki hasn’t compromised on the mechanicals compared to its faired brother.
Ducati Diavel 1260 Launched:
Ducati has launched the maddest power cruiser yet - the Diavel 1260. It comes with a bigger engine, better low-end performance and even more sophisticated electronics - all at a premium of just about a lakh and a half rupees over its predecessor!
