From official launches and teasers to spy shots, this week has been full of exciting developments
The past week was rather eventful for two-wheeler enthusiasts. We not only saw new launches, but also got scoops on some hotly-anticipated upcoming bikes. Here are the top headline-grabbers of the week:
Royal Enfield News
After endless spy shots and speculation, Royal Enfield finally launched the Hunter 350. The roadster is available in three variants and comes at a killer price. The most-affordable J-series platform based bike has now also started arriving at dealerships.
Royal Enfield did not stop there and its MD, Siddhartha Lal, gave us a sneak peek into the company’s plans to go-green, revealing the timeline of the electric Royal Enfield.
The icing on the cake was a spy shot of the Himalayan 450. As seen in the images, the Himalayan successor will get features that are an absolute first for Royal Enfield.
Hero XPulse 400 And Xtreme 400S Spied
New spy shots emerging from Ladakh reveal that the Indian marque is currently testing two bikes. There is no confirmation as of now, but we suspect these are the XPulse 400 and Xtreme 400S. While the first spy shots revealed a few bits about the bikes, the second one confirmed the fact that both the bikes will get premium kit.
TVS Creon
Back in 2018, TVS showed the Creon concept at the Auto Expo. The scooter was seen wearing a sporty, performance-focused avatar. Fast forward to 2022, and a TVS Creon-based test mule has been spotted in Bengaluru. It could be a sporty electric offering and we expect it to be here sometime next year.
Honda News
Honda finally launched the CB300F in India. It comes with an all-new engine, packs modern features but comes at a rather surprising price tag.
The Japanese giant also teased the arrival of a new scooter on its website, which could either be the Activa 7G or a new variant of the Activa 6G. Here’s what we’d like to see on the upcoming scooter.
Bajaj-Triumph Roadster Spied Again
The much-anticipated Bajaj-Triumph roadster has been spotted once again and it seems production ready. The bike not only looks beautiful but also seems to pack a lot of goodies.
