Design, engine, features, and more, the 2024 TVS Jupiter 110 is almost flawless!
Just get it! You’re reading this story because you’re thinking about getting a 110cc scooter and I’d say save yourself a few minutes, skip this entire story and just get the new TVS Jupiter 110. Yep, it’s THAT good. But if you’ve read till here and you insist on knowing about the TVS scooter in detail, here is everything that makes the Jupiter almost perfect:
Design
The older TVS Jupiter 110’s design was one of its biggest weaknesses. It had become dated and for 2024, TVS has solved exactly that by giving it a fresher face. Sharper lines, LED DRL on the apron and the redesigned headlight, all make it look a lot more modern than before, inviting younger people to it as well. But despite these changes, the scooter’s overall silhouette is unmistakably a Jupiter, meaning even the more mature riders will have a sense of familiarity.
Even the new colour schemes on the Jupiter 110 look fantastic. Of all the colour schemes on offer, our pick would be the one you’re seeing in the pictures, the Dawn Blue Matte. It strikes a good balance between being attractive enough without being too loud or bold.
Performance

113.3cc engine |
Maximum Power |
8.02PS at 6500rpm |
Maximum Torque |
9.2Nm @ 5000rpm (without Assist) 9.8Nm @ 5000rpm (with Assist) |
The Jupiter 110’s 113.3cc engine has been worked on a fair bit and it really is the star of the show. It has torque from the word go and up until about 50kmph, the acceleration feels quite brisk. But even after that, the engine remains smooth and even if you have the throttle pinned all the way to its top speed (which is around 90kmph, speedometer-indicated), the engine feels butter smooth with almost no vibrations felt anywhere. Lovely!
Add to that TVS’ fantastic new iGo technology, which essentially charges the motor each time you roll off the throttle. The moment there’s enough power, the console will say that the system is ready. Once it’s ready, all you need to do is blip (or even whack open) the throttle and the motor will momentarily give you the extra 0.6Nm that it has saved up. This feature will be rather useful when you’re out on the highway, trying to make overtakes at above about 70kmph, a spot where usually 110cc scooters start dying out, making overtakes hard to execute. But with this system, the scooter does feel more powerful momentarily, just enough to overtake something.
So the new Jupiter 110 is better than before at lower and higher speeds. A complete win-win!

The 2024 Jupiter 110 now features the TVS Jupiter 125’s chassis and it feels fantastic to ride. The scooter feels light on its feet and very nimble, making changing directions super easy. While we rode the new Jupiter only on TVS’ track, we are sure the scooter will be fantastic for everyone in your family to commute on. While that was the same with the older Jupiter too, this one’s better handling makes it a lot more appealing to younger enthusiasts as well.
As for the ride quality, we could only test the Jupiter 110 out on a few bumps at the track and the scooter felt just fine then. And given how comfortable the older Jupiter 110 was, we don’t think TVS would make any compromise on that. So we suspect the new Jupiter will be quite a comfortable scooter too.
Features
It’s a TVS scooter, of course it’s feature-packed! The Jupiter 110 now gets a vertically stacked console with voice assistance. Name the feature and this 110cc scooter has it! More than enough to keep the younger crowd interested without losing interest among the more experienced riders. On the whole, the new console is a feature-packed one but without being too intimidating for the older guys.
Should You Buy The TVS Jupiter 110?

For starters, we are happy that there are only 4 variants of the Jupiter 110 now, avoiding unnecessary complications. Plus for all these updates, the Jupiter 110’s base price has gone up by just Rs 50. That’s incredible! What we are still not happy about though, is that there is no disc variant without Bluetooth connectivity. So if you want the extra safety net of a front disc brake, you will have to pay for the connectivity module too, whether you use it or not.
Reiterating what I mentioned in the first paragraph, the 2024 TVS Jupiter 110 is almost perfect and if you want a 110cc scooter in India, the Jupiter 110 is the one to get. It somehow ticks all the ‘family-friendly’ boxes while having enough zip to appeal to the youngsters too. It’s like that kid in school who is surprisingly good at everything he/she tries. Might be annoying for the competition but for the teachers, it’s an absolute joy to work with him/her.
