Prices for the Brixton Motorcycles start from Rs 4,74,100 (ex-showroom, Delhi)
Brixton Motorcycles has officially unveiled their motorcycles in India. They have partnered with KAW Veloce Motorcycles Pvt Ltd and have set up a production facility in Kolhapur. They have unveiled four models in India: Crossfire 500X, Crossfire 500XC, Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200X.
Crossfire 500
The Brixton Crossfire 500 is available in two variants: 500X and 500XC. The 500X is the roadster variant of the two, it gets street tyres and 17-inch spoke wheels at both ends. The 500XC is the scrambler variant. It gets a raised handlebar over the 500X, a 19/17-inch tubeless spoke wheels setup and dual-purpose knobby tyres. Both the variants are powered by a 486cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine which makes 47PS at 8,500rpm and 43Nm at 6,750rpm, and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
Underpinnings include an adjustable fork and an adjustable monoshock along with a 320mm disc at the front and a 240mm disc at the rear. Brixton claims the bikes will reach a top-speed of 160kmph and return a mileage of 25kmpl. In terms of features, the Crossfire 500 series gets a LCD instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS and LED lights all around.
Cromwell 1200
The Brixton Cromwell 1200 is available in two variants: Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200 X. The Cromwell 1200 is the road-biased version of the two as it gets road-biased tyres, while the Cromwell 1200 X is the scrambler variant. It gets knobby dual-purpose tyres and a raised handlebar. Both motorcycles are powered by the same 1,222cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine which makes 83PS at 6,550rpm and 108Nm at 3,100rpm, and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
Underpinnings include a KYB adjustable fork and preload adjustable shock absorbers. Brakes include twin 310mm disc brakes at the front and a 260mm single disc at the rear. Feature list consists of, a round TFT display, a ride-by-wire system along with two riding modes: Eco and Sport, traction control and ABS, anti-theft key system, and LED lights all around.
VLF Electric Scooter
VLF (Velocifero), an Italian manufacturer has launched their electric scooter in India, the Tennis 1500W. The VLF Tennis 1500W gets a 2.6kWh battery pack and is paired with a 1.5kWh motor which makes 3.5PS and 157Nm. The battery pack can be charged in 3 hours with a 720 watt charger. VLF claims the Tennis 1500W will reach a top-speed of 65kmph and deliver a range of 130km on a full charge. The suspension includes a telescopic fork and a monoshock while the scooter gets disc brakes at both ends. It rides on 12-inch alloy wheels and has a ground clearance of 140mm. The scooter weighs in at 88kg which is pretty light. In terms of features, the VLF Tennis 1500W gets a TFT instrument cluster along with LED lights all around.

The Brixton Crossfire series starts from Rs 4,74,100 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Crossfire 500 X and Rs 5,19,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Crossfire 500 XC. The Crossfire Series will go against the likes of Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Bear 650. The Cromwell 1200 is priced at Rs 7,83,999 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and will go against the likes of Triumph Bonneville T120 in India. The Cromwell 1200 X will be sold in India in limited numbers. Only 100 units to start with. Deliveries for the Brixton Motorcycles will begin in the month of January 2025.
The VLF Tennis 1500W starts from Rs 1,29,999 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and goes against other electric scooters like the Ather Rizta, Ola S1, TVS iQube Vida V1 and the Bajaj Chetak. The VLF Tennis 1500W will be out for deliveries from the 25th of November.
