Honda in Kerala intorduces outborad engines

In the auto motives speed is the only thing which drives every aficionado crazy. There are 26 bike models which range from 2 to 225 hp (horse power). It is being learned that Honda Marine is looking forward to introduce a 250 hp powertrain. It is expected that the Japanese auto giant will probably end up launching it by the end of this year. At present, five of its models have already landed, in a price range which starts from 1.85 lakh and ends up at Rs 8 lakh.

Takashi Hamasaki- the President and CEO of HSPP India stated that the leisure and transport acceptance has raised incredibly. Kerala state at present is one of the main markets for the Honda products and now the Japanese company is aiming at leap of 20 per cent. The present outboard (OB) mill market constitutes in Kerala state was around 1,400 units. Majorly it was used for fishing applications.

The four stroke powertrain technology is setting a new milestone in the fuel efficiency, low emissions and quiet operations. Here the company provides an option in all the applications like tourism, fishing, transportation, leisure or be it coastal defence.

Honda plans to contact the fisheries department, fishing community, Navy, Coast Guard, Marine police and Customs with these mills.
