Honda to explore a way between bikes and scooters

Honda Motors, a synonym of innovation in the world of automobile technology is on its foot now to bring a product which will be placed on a way between bikes and scooters. It has been a long time that the company is heard to bring such model in market and now finally here is a design to give the speculations and guesses a strong frame.

The idea of this mid bike was publicized by the company at the Milan show of 2010. But the actual intentions can be traced back to 2001 when the concept machine Elysium (a flat-four-engined, er, sports-scooter.), Griffon (a flat-four-engined sports-scooter) in year 2003 and E4-01 (a 900cc three-cylinder sports-scooter) in 2005 was selected.

The design which is unveiled recently has strong evidence of the above concept utilized beautifully used in it. The styling of this Mid bike bear resemblance to 2003 Griffon with other prominent detailing like huge side panels and forward sloping headlights. The 2005 E4-01 engine configuration is used in the latest design. 

The concept is running since long which include a huge engined scooter with looks of a sportbike. The concept is soon going to get its avatar and that too from a leading motor brand Honda. Honda has two 110cc two-wheelers in India including Honda CB Twister and Honda Activa. Let's see what comes next.
