The new bike will likely be a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 rival
(UPDATE: Honda has launched the CB300F in India. More details in our launch story.)
Just a day after Royal Enfield launched the Hunter 350, Honda is all set to introduce its new motorcycle under the BigWing sub brand today. Though Honda has kept it a hush-hush affair and has not revealed anything about the motorcycle, it will likely be a Hunter 350 rival.
The upcoming Honda motorcycle could be based on the CB350 platform and could use the same 349cc air-cooled engine producing 21.07PS at 5500rpm and 30Nm at 3000rpm. However, Honda could give it 17-inch wheels and even offer a rear drum brake variant to keep the price in check. We also expect a simpler instrument console than what’s offered on its siblings.

The bike may be called the Honda CB350F and could feature tweaked styling too. This would make it more affordable than its siblings – the CB350RS and the CB350 H’Ness which cost around Rs 2 lakh.
Our in-depth launch story will go live in this evening today, so stay tuned.
