India gets first Triumph Motorcycles showroom in Bangalore

The iconic British motorcycle brand Triumph Motorcycles inaugrates its first exclusive dealership facility in Bangalore. Located on St. Marks Road, the dealership is situated in the heart of the city. The company have tied-up with Bangalore based Keerthi Motors. The local partner will help Triumph to maintian the same international standards of sales, service, spare parts and systems to the Indian market.
On the occasion, Managing Director, Triumph Motorcycles India Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Vimal Sumbly said, “We recently announced our foray into India with the launch of 10 models across 5 different motorcycling categories. Our success globally is built on customer service and going the extra mile for people walking into our showrooms. With the launch of Triumph Motorcycles in Bangalore, we are committed to setting new benchmarks in providing high quality service experience to our brand enthusiasts and prospects in India.”
The design of the showroom is based upon the global signature Triumph Motorcycles layout with consultation lounge, sales and after sales desks all being close to the display area. The facility will also have an array of Triumph merchandise which includes riding gear, accessories and memorabilia. The new dealership has an ultra-modern showroom integrated with an after-sales service facility featuring service bays and a spare parts inventory. The dealership also boasts of ‘Build your own Bike’, a novel concept in the premium and luxury motorcycle segment.

As with every other Triumph Motorcycles dealership, Keerthi Motors, Bangalore has provided its staff with intense training in management of sales, service, spare parts and business systems and customer service to ensure customers receive a best-in-class pre and post sales ownership experience. A team of service engineers have also been trained at Triumph's training centers in Hinckley in the UK.
