KTM SuperDuke Adventure To Enter India Soon

After a blazing start with RC and Duke, 200 & 390, Auto Manufacturer, KTM, is all set to make its debut in the upper capacity segment. Since its entry into the Indian Market, the company has been successful in targeting a majority of the market share in a segment featuring race focused machines and this Austrian manufacturer is dominating this market with 53% share. Buoyed by this success now it is preparing to bring its high-end models for the Indian market. For this, the company has now planned to bring big machines such as 1290 naked, GT and Adventure, which belong to the 1090cc segment.
The 1290 Super Duke Adventure, which soon may be available in the Indian market, is equipped with a 1301cc liquid-cooled, 75-degree V-Twin engine that hits a maximum power of 160bhp and a monstrous torque of 150Nm and would come mated to a 6-speed gearbox. In terms of technology, the Super Duke Adventure will have traction control, multiple ride modes, cruise control, semi-active suspension, bar heaters, cornering lights, 12V sockets, electronic hill hold control (HHC) while motor slip regulation (MSR) will come as an option.
Also, this machine will get tyre pressure monitoring system and for safety, the machine will have ABS and MSC. We are not sure about the pricing of this amazing machine yet, but we hope that this bulk is priced lesser than the Triumph Explorer that is priced at Rs. 18,75,000 (ex, showroom, Delhi).
