A new mystery electric bike has been spied testing near Hosur highway in Bengaluru. The bike has a unique design covered with camo and temporary bodywork all around. Because of this, we can’t even make out what brand it belongs to. However, we can see a lot of details about the electric bike from these spy shots.

Here’s what the Mystery Electric Bike gets:

The Mystery Electric bike comes with a unique design, which we have never seen before from any manufacturer. The long single-piece seat is easily noticeable and is probably the longest single-piece bike seat in India, even bigger than the Bajaj Freedom 125. The test bike features a single-piece handlebar.

Our new Mystery electric bike has a mid-mounted electric motor and is chain-driven. There are a few wires and internal parts visible as well which tells us that the electric bike is in the very early stages of testing. It is expected to get more bodywork to make it look cleaner. In terms of features, it has a fully LCD instrument console that would show all the basic information including speed, odometer, range, battery, and other telltale lights. The headlight, tail light, and indicators are all LEDs.

The Electric bike has a box-type swingarm. The suspension setup consists of a telescopic fork and twin rear shock absorbers. The mystery electric bike uses disc brakes on both ends, with CBS (combined braking system). It also gets a raised front fender and a long center stand, which means it will have a tall ground clearance. The electric bike even has a rear carrier to carry luggage at the back. It is fitted with long side step cum footpegs on both sides. It also has a leg guard.

What do we think about its Launch Date & Price?

The Mystery Electric Bike can be a commercial vehicle as well. However, it seems to be in the very early stages of testing and development, hence the design and bodywork don’t have that fit and finish of a production-level bike, and looks temporary. That’s why it is very early to talk about its pricing as well.
