As we have been updating spy shots of new Apache RTR 200 for past few days, the images coming in from Indonesia and India are not good enough to figure out the displacement this machine carries. So we can surely wonder if it is the TVS or an Indian version of BMW G 310 R naked machine.

As seen in the spy shots, the bike has got the looks of a street fighter. As we already know that the two giants TVS & BMW have joined hands few months back and are going to manufacturing bikes. One of their upcoming bike BMW G 310 R has been in the news last month while details of the venture’s other products are still awaited.

So, before declaring that these spy-shots are of Apache 200, let’s give it a second name ‘Apache 310’, as we are not yet informed about the displacement it has got. We can speculate that it might be the Apache 310, second production of TVS-BMW co-operation (a guess) because just like the recently unveiled G 310, the spotted bike also features with the same handlebar, grips, end weights and rear view mirrors. The digital dashboard on this spotted machine is also giving hints of the German-Indian venture. Most of the parts of the bike were covered, so it is not certain if the machine belongs to the same family of BMW G 310.

What new Apache has got?
Indian Version of the bike will be offered with a regular telescopic fork that has a petal disc on the right side and the European version would have inverted telescopic fork with a circular disc on the left side. Also, it will come equipped with an interesting exhaust canister with twin apertures. We are hoping to see this machine at the upcoming Delhi Auto Expo and get exact technical specs and features the bike would be offered with.

If it's a TVS product or the joint venture's offering, we hope that the bike makes a good debut in the Indian market. Not sure about the displacement, whether it's 200cc, 310cc or a draken look alike, the bike surely has a killer look that can attract more admirers than expected.
