Upcoming Hero Duet Brochure Leaked few Days Before its Launch

Hero Motocorp is all set to launch its 110cc scooter Hero Duet on 29th of September. According to the reports, its brochure has been leaked just before the launch. The company is bringing this scooter to compete against the likes of Honda’s highly popular model Activa.

This latest entrant from the country’s largest selling two-wheeler company shall be powered by 110cc, single cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces around 8.3bhp of power and 8.3Nm of torque. The brochure further tells that the scooter will be available in two variants namely: LX and VX. Dimension wise, the scooter measures 1,830mm in length, 725mm in width, 1,140mm in height and has a ground clearance of 155mm. The LX variant has a wheelbase of 1,240mm whereas VX gets a bit long wheelbase of 1,245mm.

Coming to the features, both the variants get electric-start, external, fuel filler with a buzzer, mobile charging USB port, digital analogue instrument console with service reminder, combination lock and front and rear luggage hook, side stand and tubeless tyres.

The scooter will be offered with six colours, which includes Nature Green, Metallic, Matt Vernier Grey, Panther Metallic Black, Grace Grey Black, Grace Grey Metallic, Candy Blazing Red and Pearl Silver White. Hero Duet is expected to be priced around Rs 50,000 (ex-showroom).
