India based auto major, TVS Motors Lmt. recently launched a new scotteret named Jupiter. At the launch the company also announced that it will launch a new bike every quarter, which means they have almost prepared a product for the next quarter. And if we are not wrong, the next product of the company is a bigger Apache or an updated version of their popular Scooty.
The popular scoterret of the company TVS Scooty, which is very popular among female riders is a centre stage product. The company has been constantly updating this to keep it in trend. Now they are planning for another update in the product for 2014, which will be named Scooty Zest. The Zest will be a cosmetically updated version of the existing Scooty.
Apache RTR series is a popular sport commuter series of the company, which has three variants named Apache RTR 160, 180 and 180 with ABS. The Company produces these bikes for both domestic and export sales. For a couple of years, we have been listening about a bigger Apache above 200cc. As we know, a couple of months ago, TVS and the German auto giant BMW signed a pact to work together to develop 200-500cc segment bikes. As per the pact, both the company's will develop motorbikes together, though for their individual brands. And right after the partnership, rumours started coming out about the launch of Apache RTR 250, which is speculated to be the first bike through alliance.
If the next will be Apache RTR 250, it might not be a sport commuter as brutal naked machines are in trend these days, though the company hasn't officially said anything on the same. Right now, we aren't sure about the next launch, but we are surely waiting for a bigger Apache.
