Arriving Today - Ducati Monster 1200R

Its 14th of September today, which is written to unfold a new chapter in the World Motorcycling History. The date will mark the unveiling of much talked-about naked supersports from Ducati – Monster 1200R in Germany today. The Frankfurt Motor Show is about to witness the arrival of the most powerful naked bike by Ducati yet and it will be showcased exclusively at the Volkswagen Group Night. Post that, the bike will be presented at the Audi booth for display from September 15 to September 20. With this, Ducati Monster 1200R will be the first bike that the company has scheduled for its 2016 product line-up.

As per recent reports and the official teaser released by Ducati, the all-new Monster 1200R will come with a bigger capacity engine as compared to its existing mate – Monster 1200S. Besides this, the bike will be bestowed with a sportier chassis and a refreshing body design and styling. Ducati might be fitting the 1,198.4 cc Testastretta DVT mill in the bike that currently empowers the Multistrada and puts out 160PS of power and 136Nm of torque.
