Ducati to Celebrate 90th Birthday Bash Next Year at the 2016 World Ducati Week

2016 is going to be a great year for the Italian manufacturer Ducati and its fans. In 2016, the company is going to celebrate the 90th year of its establishment at Borgo Panigale, Italy and it will coincide with the ninth edition of World Ducati Week (WDW).
The Italian manufacturer will celebrate nine legendary decades in the sports machines with World Ducati Week at the Marco Simoncelli Misano World Circuit, from July 1st to 3rd 2016. Besides this celebration, Ducati will also showcase its 2016 model lineup including the Scrambler Sixty2, the XDiavel, the Ducati 959 Panigale, the 939 Hypermotard family and the Multistrada Enduro which will be the major attraction of the event.

2016 will be a ninth edition of WDW and all the three days of the festival will be purely unforgettable and bring an outstanding experience for all Ducati aficionados. Throughout the event, the motorcycles will be available for testing, on-circuit activities and many other high spirits sports that will certainly entertain the visitors who are looking for enthusiasm and an adrenaline kick and after the sunset, there will be fascinating programs around the track.
Previously in 2014, the World Ducati Week witnessed participation from more than 65,000 participants that was a record-breaking crowd which gathered from various parts of the globe. People came here from USA, India, brazil, China, Australia, Russia, Malaysia, Europe, Nepal, Gabon and Iceland to celebrate their passion for the two-wheeled machines. With such huge figures, we can understand the passion of people for Ducati.

The story of this legend started on 4th July 1926, when three brothers Adriano, Bruno and Marcello Cavalieri Ducati assisted by their father Antonio founded the Societa Scientifica Radio Brevetti Ducati firm. Since then, the Italian manufacturer has become the master in manufacturing the two-wheeled machines and driven by its unique engineering and talented minds.
In 2012, the German car maker Audi bought Ducati, and this is the trump card in the history of the Bologna-based firm after several ups and downs. Equipped with new resources, the company grew steadily and sold 50,000 units with the passing of November 2015.
