#EICMA2015: Ducati Multistrada 1200 Enduro Officially Revealed; Picture Gallery Inside

Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has officially revealed the new Ducati Multistrada 1200 Enduro during the ongoing EICMA show at Milan. The new Ducati Multistrada 1200 Enduro is a true off-roader machine which is priced at Rs. 16,70,849 ($25,333 or £16,690).
This supersport motorcycle is powered by Ducati Testastretta RVT, Euro 4 approved 1198cc L-Twin engine that pumps out 157. 81 bhp of power at 9,500 rpm and the peak torque of around 131 Nm. The off-roading potential of the bike is enhanced by 205mm of ground clearance, which is 31mm more than the current version. The bike also features 19” front wheel and redesigned bodywork for improved ride in off-road conditions. With the fuel tank capacity of 30 litres, one can cover 450 kms in one go with a reliable ride in all the terrain.

In addition to this, the bike also features cornering lights, Ducati Traction Control and semi-active Ducati Skyhook suspension Evolution System. For this motorcycle, the Ducati has used the Vertical Hold Control for the first time to aid uphill starts.
The standard features of the bike include electronic speed control Bluetooth module via Ducati Multimedia System that allow riders to connect the bike to smartphone and have access to incoming calls, text messaging and music and display information on the TFT dashboard.
