Honda Motorcycles India is giving a Limited Edition CBR helmet worth Rs. 2,449 free with the Repsol Edition of its CBR250R. The helmet has been designed according to the graphics of the bike. Repsol is the top end variant of CBR250R and costs Rs. 1.92 lakh, which is only Rs. 5,951 costlier than the Pearl Sumbeam White ABS variant. For this, Honda has chose specific sites, where a pop up come out and if you book your bike from the site, you will get a unique code and by giving that unique code you can clam the free helmet at dealership.
Honda CBR250R is a sporty racing bike based on the companies CBR series and having a touch of VFR1300R. The bike comes with a 249cc, 4-stroke, liquid cooled, DOHC, 4-valve engine, which churns out a maximum power of 26bhp at 8500rpm and peak torque of 22.9Nm at 7000rpm. The engine comes mated with a 6 speed gear box with 1 down and 5 up shift pattern, which can be used with a claw shift lever.
It features telescopic forks at the front, while single shock pro-link suspension at the rear. Front wheels are equiped with a 296mm disk brake and a 220mm disk brake has been provided at the rear. Other features of the bike includes highly rigid diamond frame with truss structure, combined ABS system, sporty full cowling with attractive graphics, PGM-FI technology for better performance, sporty split seat, wide tubeless tyres, futuristic instrument panel and an elegant muffler.
