Honda CBR 250R with ABS to land in India soon

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India to foray in Indian two wheeler market with the launch of entry-level sports bike named Honda CBR 250R. This sports bike will be launched in Indian market by the month of April, 2011. It is expected that the bike will be priced at Rs. 90000. The bike will have ABS which market it different than other bikes in India.
As far as appearance is concerned, it will be similar as Honda VFR 1200F which is the most popular supersports bike and launched in Indian market few months back. This upcoming Honda CBR 250R will be major competitor of Kawasaki Ninja 250R. Because the Honda CBR 250R has the powerful 4 strokes, 250CC engine of double overhead camshaft 90 degree V-twin gasoline with the Liquid cooled technology.
The PGMFi fuel injection system gets help from the 6 sensors, which is fixed in the engine to control the fuel injection and timing of ignition. The engine of the Honda CBR 250R can generate 26bhp at the rate of 8500 Rpm, which is the maximum power and the maximum Torque is 23 Nm at the rate of 7000 Rpm.
Honda CBR 250R will be equipped with latest security features like ABS that avoid sudden accidents. The front and rear wheel of the bike are equipped with large disc brakes which provide good security for riders and give its sporty bike image.
The front portion of the Honda CBR 250R will be covered with plastic frame and having rough and classy graphics on it. This upcoming wonder of HMSI will create a hug hype in Indian domestic market. While dimension of this bike is 2035mm in length, 720mm in width and 1125mm in height. The weight of this motor bike is 161 kg and the ground clearance is 145mm which make it rider friendly. Already Honda CBR250R has been launched in Thailand now ready to hit Indian roads very soon.
