Thankfully, the hike isn’t massive
Jawa has hiked the prices of its entire range for 2021. All the variants of the standard Jawa, Jawa Forty Two and the Jawa Perak bobber have been affected in the recent price revision. Here’s the full price list:
Despite the price hike, the standard Jawa is still at par with the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Royal Enfield Meteor 350, in terms of pricing. However, the higher-end variants also compete with the base variant of the Honda H’Ness CB350. As far as the Jawa Forty Two’s price bracket is concerned, a potent, more modern, touring-friendly alternative would be the Bajaj Dominar 250. Jawa is also working on a new version of the bike, and you can read all about it in our spy shot report.
The Jawa Perak still remains the most affordable bobber in the country. Another equally beautiful retro alternative is the Benelli Imperiale 400. But if you’re looking for a sporty tourer in a similar price range, you could go for the Bajaj Dominar 400.
