Honda CBR 250R

Honda has unveiled the lightweight supersport concept of CBR 250R during the ongoing Tokyo Motor Show. The upcoming Honda CBR250R is going to be a powerful track focused motorcycle, which will be positioned above the existing single-cylinder variant.

The bike is finished with matte black theme with carbon fibres inserts throughout, which accentuates its sharp surfaces. The “angry looks” inspired front fascia boasts the illuminated LED slits instead of headlamps. Its massive full fairing covers all the mechanicals of the bike.

It has a funky digital instrument console, which might be retained in the production model as well. The muscular fuel tank is designed to go well with the motorcycle and the added sculpted tailpiece along with split seats and twin blue LED brake lights is definitely a superbike stuff. The concept bike houses telescopic front fork and the mono-shock suspension at the rear, a petal disc brake on both the wheels, Akrapovic exhaust system and a clip-on handlebars.

The engine details of the bike are not yet revealed, but while taking a closer look, it is observed that the bike has twin exhaust manifolds, which indicates that the bike might feature a compact liquid-cooled parallel twin engine whose displacement to be estimated around 250cc and may return the power output of 40-50bhp.
