Ducati Monster 795 launched today at 3 pm

Auto Expo 2012 has started creating success history with wide array of new launched coming up within few minutes. The latest news is that Italian two wheeler company Ducati finally launched the much awaited Ducati Monster 795 during Auto Expo 2012, New Delhi. The new Monster 795 endorses 803 cc V-Twin engine churning power of 87 BHP and torque of 78 Nm and weighs 167 Kilograms. As the company does not have manufacturing unit in India these bikes will be manufactured at company’s production unit located at Thailand.
This will help company to determine price of bike compatible to Indian bike market by paying lower fees for import duties which may be costly if the bike is imported from Bologna. According to reports company has started booking of Monster 795 for Asia pacific region from today and is expected to deliver bikes to the riders in the month of March.
It is expected that Monster 795 will be tough contender for Triumph Speed Triple which was also launched in Auto Expo on Thursday, besides this it will also place tough competition for Hyosung Comet GT650N and Kawasaki Ninja 650 which are capturing the market of superbikes in Indian bike market.
The Monster series of bikes from Ducati had always been dream bikes for bike lover around the world and now with its launch in Auto Expo 2012 the Indian bike rider will also be able to ride their awaited bike on Indian roads. It is expected that Ducati Monster 795 will be available in Indian market with price tag of Rs 6.99 lakh.
