Honda Two-Wheelers India has started taking bookings for its upcoming motorbike, Honda CB Hornet 160R. As the name suggests, it is a 160cc motorcycle, which is expected to go on sale in December 2015 to compete against the likes of Yamaha FZ-S, Suzuki Gixxer and the Hero Xtreme Sports.
The bike was first unveiled during the pan-India event “Honda Revfest” in the presence of its Brand ambassadors, Akshay Kumar and Taapsee Pannu. Honda CB Hornet 160R is inspired from CX-01 concept, which was showcased at Auto Expo 2014. Apart from its muscular looks, it will also feature chiselled fuel tank, edgy body cowls, which none of its predecessors had. The bike is expected to have LED tail lamp, a fully digital instrument console, CBS and disc brakes on both the wheels.
