The Japanese marque has started shipping its newest streetfighter from its fourth plant
Honda has begun rolling out the new CB300F from its fourth factory in Vithalapur, Gujarat. This bike will be manufactured on a line designated for mid-size motorcycles, catering to both domestic and export markets. The CB300F will be sold through Honda’s BigWing dealerships, and deliveries will likely commence soon.
Honda currently manufactures its scooter range, comprising the Activa 6G, Activa 125, Dio and Grazia from this plant along with the CB300F. This factory also manufactures engines with capacity of 250cc and above, for global markets like Thailand, US, Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia, and Gulf nations.

Direct rivals to the Honda CB300F are the Suzuki Gixxer 250, KTM 200 Duke, Bajaj Pulsar N250 and Yamaha FZ25. These rivals are priced under the Rs 2 lakh mark, making the Honda an expensive proposition. For around the same price as this Japanese streetfighter, other alternatives include the Royal Enfield Himalayan, Royal Enfield Classic 350, Yezdi Roadster and the Jawa Perak.
