TVS Jupiter ZX Drum SmartXonnect Launched At Rs 84,468

Apart from the connectivity features, the scooter remains identical to the regular Jupiter ZX

A new variant of the TVS Jupiter ZX, known as the Jupiter ZX Drum SmartXonnect, has been launched at Rs 84,468 (ex-showroom Delhi). This new variant retains the Starlight Blue color option from the existing Jupiter ZX model and gets an additional exclusive new colour called Olive Gold.

The standout feature of this variant is the TVS SmartXonnect technology, which enhances the scooter with a fully digital instrument console. This console comes equipped with a range of functionalities, including turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and voice assistance. To use these features, users need to sync their smartphones with the scooter using the TVS Connect application.

While the TVS Jupiter ZX Drum SmartXonnect boasts connectivity features, the mechanical aspects of the scooter remain unchanged compared to the regular Jupiter ZX variant. It continues to be powered by the 109.7cc, single-cylinder engine, which generates 7.88PS of power and 8.8Nm of torque. Braking duties are handled by 130mm drum brakes at both the front and rear ends. Furthermore, the scooter offers practical elements such as a USB charging port, retractable hooks for carrying bags, an external fuel cap, and an underseat storage compartment with a capacity of 21 liters.

Competing in the market, the new Jupiter ZX Drum SmartXonnect variant will be up against rivals like the Honda Activa H-Smart and the Hero Pleasure+ Xtec.
