TVS’ Tech-loaded iQube Electric Reaches Dealerships

TVS iQube Electric Arrives At Dealerships

The upgraded version of the TVS iQube electric scooter, which was launched last month, has reached some dealerships.

In its updated form, the TVS iQube comes with a real-world range of 100km, as opposed to the 75km range in the previous iteration. This is courtesy of the bigger battery pack with 3.04kWh usable capacity, as opposed to the predecessor’s 2.25kWh pack. You get 650W and 950W charger options. The 650W charger will juice up the motor to 80% in 4h 30min while the 950W one will take it all the way to 100% in the same amount of time.

In its latest iteration, the iQube carries on with the same hub motor with peak power of 4.4kW. It has a peak torque of 140Nm along with 33Nm of usable torque. Its top speed is electronically restricted to 78kmph while you can reach 0-40kmph in a claimed 4.2 seconds. TVS iQube Electric Titanium Grey Glossy

The iQube Electric in the standard variant comes in three colours, namely Shining Red, Titanium Grey Glossy and Pearl White.

Test rides for the TVS iQube Electric have commenced at some dealerships and for Rs 5,000, you can book the scooter for yourself too. The iQube Electric’s standard variant is priced at Rs 98,564 (on-road Delhi). The TVS iQube competes against other premium electric scooters like the Ather 450X, Ola S1, Bajaj Chetak and the Simple One. Price-wise it competes with the TVS Apache RTR 160 and the Pulsar 150.
