- Gets updated styling inspired by the Forza 350.
The Indonesian market has been witnessing a lot of action recently. Shortly after introducing the PCX160, Honda has now launched the Forza 250 in the country. The maxi-scooter isn’t just an affordable version of the Forza 350 that is likely to make its India debut this year but shares features and underpinnings with the scooter.
For 2021, the Honda Forza 250 receives minor styling updates, like we have seen on its 350cc sibling. The sharper headlights and bodywork lend the scooter a meaner look. Complimenting the new design is the updated exhaust that finally blends in perfectly, unlike the older model. However, the most interesting update, in terms of design, is the new windshield electronically adjustable upto 40mm, making it the only scooter in the segment to sport this feature.

The Forza 250 is powered by a new 249cc single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine developing 23.11PS at 7,500rpm and 24Nm at 6,250rpm. The motor is housed in an underbone chassis suspended by telescopic forks and dual shock absorbers at the rear. Braking duties are handled by a 265mm disc up front and a 240mm disc at the rear. Dual-channel ABS comes as standard.

Other features on the Forza include a new glove box with an in-built charging port, a new ‘Emergency Stop Signal’ function that switches on the hazard lamps when the rider brakes suddenly, the Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), and the smart key system which also has an answer-back option and an anti-theft alarm. Like a true-blue maxi-scooter, the 2021 Honda Forza 250 has enough underseat storage to gobble up two helmets.
The 2021 Honda Forza 250 retails at IDR 83,810,000 in Indonesia (approximately Rs 4.37 lakh). That said, the scooter is not going to make it to India. However, there’s good news, as Honda is all set to unveil something interesting for the country on February 16. So stay tuned!
