Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has announced a nationwide recall for the Activa 5G, Activa 6G, Activa 125, CB Shine, Hornet 2.0, XBlade and even the H’Ness CB350 and CB300R from the BigWing India portfolio. This recall has been issued over a faulty reflex reflector.
The notice issued by Honda states that the part has a minor defect with the light reflection efficiency, but has clarified that the impact on the visibility is insignificant and doesn't compromise the safety of the vehicle. All the aforementioned models manufactured between November 2019 to January 2021 have been affected.

Honda dealerships will be reaching out to customers to get the part replaced free of cost. Alternatively, you can visit the Honda or BigWing website to know if your bike has the faulty part and notify your dealership.
Honda has even begun replacing inventory stocks, and customers who have purchased/replaced the reflex reflector between December 2019 to April 2021 too are eligible to get the part replaced.
A few months back, the Honda H’Ness CB350 was recalled due to an issue with its gearbox. In case you own one and haven’t had a chance to get your bike checked, read this story.
