Snatching the ‘Sports’ from the cruiser is what coming up your way in the Ducati Diavel second generation 2016. The current look of the Ducati Diavel defines a true road monster and also makes it the most successful ‘Sports Cruiser’ available till date.
The 2016 model would carry a normal cruiser look and the sportier touch will be missed by the Diavel followers. If spy pictures are to be believed, Ducati is removing the macho look from the Diavel and giving it a lot leaner design. The images displayed shows that the new cruiser may get some important changes in the engine or probably be replaced with a newer one.

The change which will steal the sporty look from the cruiser is the flatter and decreased height of fuel tank. The front set foot pegs will give a riding posture of the normal cruiser rather than making it a more muscular one. Revised swingarm are visible in the test unit which are covered, as seen in the picture.
Suspension unit has moved up and the yellow springs are more visible. Marzocchi logo is present in the upcoming version and the current version carries a 50mm upside down Marzocchi unit but the brand is expected to shut down in the coming time.
Ducati’s new arrival Diavel cruiser is expected to launch soon at EICMA
